Common Payment Issues and Solutions

• Include Your Order Number
  Always include your order number with your payment so we can match it to your order without any delays.

• Credit Card Payment Issues

  • Ensure your card details are entered correctly and that your card has sufficient funds.
  • If you’re shipping to a PO box, credit card payments won’t be available. Your shipping address must match the billing address linked to your credit card.

• Unprocessed Payments
  If your payment hasn’t been processed, it may be due to missing information. To help our finance team resolve the issue, provide a screenshot of your transaction when contacting us.
