Missing a Payment Confirmation Email? Here’s What to Do
Here's a quick guide to help you troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Your Spam Folder
Sometimes our emails can get flagged as spam by your email provider. Make sure ILGM is not marked as spam, and check your spam or junk folder in case the email ends up there.
2. Consider the Payment Method You Used
Certain payment methods may take longer to process:
- ACH Transfer or Bill Pay: These methods can take extra time to clear, so if you used one of them, please allow for some additional processing time.
- Bitcoin or Credit/Debit Card: These methods typically process faster.
If your payment method takes longer to process, rest assured we’ll send your confirmation email as soon as your payment is verified.
3. Check if You Included Your Order Number
Including your order number with your payment helps us process your order faster.
- Did you forget to include your order number? No worries! We can usually match your payment without it, but it may take a little longer.
