If you want to cancel your order, please read below.
Canceling unpaid and unshipped orders:
Please contact our Customer Success Specialists via the Support Center, and we will cancel your order promptly. If the payment is in process, we can issue a refund once payment is processed. Refunds are typically processed using the original payment method when possible.
For paid and shipped orders:
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order if it has already shipped. In such cases, we will guide you through the process of returning the unopened order contents to our warehouse at your own cost. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued. Please contact our Customer Success Team to initiate your return request.
Can I cancel part of my order or specific items within an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify it upon your request. Please get in touch as soon as possible after payment has been made.
Why was my order canceled without my request?
Orders may be canceled for various reasons, such as item unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If you did not request the cancellation, please contact our customer support for clarification.
