How to Fix Login Issues on Your ILGM Account
One-Time Password
If you’re unable to log in, your first step is to request a one-time password. Here's how:
- Go to the login page and click "Request One Time Password".
- A numeric 6-digit code will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
- Enter the code where prompted, and you’ll be logged in.
Didn’t receive the code? Make sure to check your spam or junk folder!

Password Reset
If a one-time password doesn’t work, resetting your password is often the quickest solution.
- Click the link below to start the reset process.
- Enter your email address, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
