Once your order is on its way, we track it diligently and send you confirmation emails upon shipping and delivery. We have noticed that occasionally USPS will mark your order as delivered before it actually shows up. Just give it a day or two, 99% of the time it shows up. 

I didn't receive my order

If your order has not arrived, please get in touch via our Support Center and we'll check where your order is, and reship it if needed. All we need is your order number and address. We can replace missing orders up to 90 days after the order was shipped.
