We want you to have the best experience with ILGM! If for any reason you need to return your order or request a refund, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our return and refund process.

ILGM's Return and Refund Policy

Do You Want to Return an Order?

If you ordered seeds and changed your mind, you can return your order unopened within 14 days of receiving it. Please keep the seeds in their original sealed packaging and do not open the bags. Returns cannot be accepted after the 14-day window.

How to Return an Unwanted Order

To start a return, contact our Customer Success Team through the Support Center. We will provide you with our return address and instructions.

Here’s what to keep in mind when returning your order:

• Return shipping is at your own cost.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us
• Alternatively, you may refuse the delivery upon receipt, and USPS will return the package to us for free.
• You are responsible for the return until it is delivered to us.

Once we receive the returned order, you can choose one of the following options:

1. A refund
2. A reship (new seeds sent out)
3. A discount code for the value of your order

How to Return Non-Germinating Seeds

If your seeds did not germinate, we may ask you to return them for a quality check. Contact your Customer Success Specialist, who will provide the return address. Once the seeds have been inspected, we can offer one of the following:

1. Replacement seeds
2. A discount code
3. A refund

Please note that we only offer one reship or discount code per order.

Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel an order and get a refund, please contact our Customer Success Team. They will assist in canceling the order and processing your refund.

If you experienced issues with germination or growing and prefer a refund instead of replacement seeds, please get in touch so we can help you.
