If you placed an order with ILGM, and want to cancel it or change the order, this will show you how to do it.
How to Cancel or Change Your Order
To Cancel Your Order
Contact the Customer Success Specialists via our Support Center, the fastest option is by the Chat Function.
If the order is unpaid, we can cancel it straight away.
If payment has already been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
If the order has already been shipped, please return it unopened, or refuse the order and USPS will return it. Once it arrives, we will issue a refund.
To Change Your Order
Please reach out to our Customer Success Specialists through our Support Center. We can only change the order once payment has been processed.
If the strain is the same price as the strain/s you ordered, we can swap them out, if they are in stock. If the strain is more expensive, you will need to pay the price difference.
If the order has been shipped, please return it unopened. Once we have received the return, we can send out a new order, with the strains you want.
