We take care to send out all orders correctly, but we are human, so sometimes we make a mistake and an order can arrive missing an item. If you have received an order that is missing some things, please follow the steps below so we can replace any lost items as soon as possible.
What to Do If Something is Missing From Your Order
Contact our Customer Success Specialists using the Support Centre within one week from delivery. Make sure you have the order number to hand, as this will make it easier for us to find and reship your order.
Please send a picture of the parcel or seed baggie, so we can see what you did receive.
We will then send out the missing item as soon as possible.
