At ILGM, we are committed to providing you with the highest-quality cannabis seeds. We understand that sometimes, despite following proper procedures, not all seeds will germinate. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive Germination Guarantee.

Verification process

  1. Proof of purchase: To initiate a seed replacement request, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a valid order number or receipt.

  2. Evidence of failure: If more than 30% of the seeds ordered fail to germinate, or if a customer is requesting replacements for the second time or more, evidence indicating the failure of seeds to germinate must be provided, such as pictures of videos with the non-germinated seeds and the procedure/ method used during the germination process; together with the clearly visible packing slip and order confirmation email as provided at delivery.

Replacement procedure

  1. Submission: Customers can submit their replacement requests through our dedicated contact form.

  2. Review: Our customer support team will review the provided documentation to assess eligibility.

  3. Processing: Approved replacement requests will be processed promptly, and replacement seeds will be shipped to the customer’s provided address at no additional cost. Replacements will be the same strain as originally ordered, unless not possible, in which case the customer and ILGM will find a fitting solution together.

  4. Replacement quantity: We will send the exact number of seeds that did not germinate plus 1 extra seed for the inconvenience.

Customer responsibilities

  1. Follow instructions: Customers are responsible for following the instructions provided by email with your order including proper soil preparation, watering, and environmental conditions conducive to germination.

  2. Communication: Any discrepancies or concerns regarding the replacement process should be communicated to our customer support team promptly for resolution.

Scenarios and policy guidelines

Below are specific scenarios in which a customer may or may not be eligible for a germination guarantee.

  1. First-time purchasing the seeds: Eligible for one-time replacement only.

  2. Use of germination methods not recommended by ILGM: Not eligible.

  3. Seeds stored for over a year: Not eligible as we cannot guarantee germination after 12 months.

  4. Seeds exposed to extreme conditions: Not eligible if seeds were stored in an extremely warm, hot, cold or humid environment.

Terms and conditions

  1. One claim per order: If you don't germinate all the seeds at the same time, the guarantee will apply only to the seeds claimed, not to others germinated in the future or past.

  2. Germination and storage guidelines: The germination guarantee will only apply if our germination and storage guidelines have been met and if you can, to a reasonable degree, show they have been met.
