We ship all our orders with free tracked delivery via USPS to ensure you can follow your order every step of the way. If your order does not arrive within two weeks, we will reship it for free.

What to Do If Your Order Does Not Arrive

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, follow these steps:

  1. Confirm Payment
    Ensure your order was successfully paid for. We can only ship fully paid orders.

  2. Check the Tracking Status
    Use the tracking number provided to monitor the shipment’s progress.

  3. If Tracking Says Delivered

    • First, contact USPS to inquire about the delivery.
    • Wait for 3 days as USPS can mark it as delivered, then actually deliver it during the next 3 days.
    • Afterwards, reach out to us for assistance.
  4. Delayed Shipments

    • Most packages arrive within 2 weeks, but delays can happen.
    • If your order hasn’t arrived after 25 business days, contact us for help.
  5. Incorrect Addresses

    • We print your shipping address exactly as you enter it.
    • If an error in the address causes a lost shipment, we will reship your order once.
    • For repeated address issues, we may need to charge for reshipping if the error wasn’t on our end.
  6. Using a Forwarding Service

    • If you used a forwarding service, we will only replace the order if it didn’t arrive at the forwarding service.
    • We are not responsible for delivery once the package leaves the USA.
  7. Reshipment Policy

    • If we need to reship your order, we will send the exact same seeds you originally ordered.
